In case you are selected to occupy one of our vacancies, your information will be transferred to the bank in order to open your payroll account, likewise to other authorities such as AFORE, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT (SHCP) and if applies FONACOT. In addition, your personal information might be transferred and treated by other entities than CallOccasion inside and outside of the country, due to the fact that it will be shared with our client whose campaign you have been assigned to.
Nevertheless, as indicated above we inform you that all the sensitive information provided and obtained as a result of the psychometric tests that were applied to you, and when applicable, all the medical leaves provided to justify absences, won’t be subject to be exchanged or transferred to third parties, with the exception of any legal liability or action, if exist.
