In order to be considered for any of our positions we require the following information:

• Driver’s license type.
• Children/Age.
• Education level, Grade, Schedule, General Knowledge, Technical Knowledge, Languages.
• Work experience and availability.
• Prior employment history and references.
• Hobbies/Sports.
• Fingerprints, photography and video.

Family Information

• Relation.
• If deceased.
• Full name.
• Gender.
• Birth Date and Place.
• Marital Status.
• If dependant.
• Occupation.
• Employment information.
• If lives in the same house.
• Telephone.
• If the applicant is underage: Parent or guardian identification.

Personal references

• Full name.
• Address.
• Occupation.
• Employment information.
• Telephone numbers and availability.

We also would like to inform you that during the selection process it can be applied some psychometric tests, which will provide to us with

The information described above will be use to:

• Be considered as an applicant in the current recruitment and selection process of our company.
• Be considered as an applicant for future job vacancies.
• Do a talent inventory.

In case you are selected to occupy one of our vacancies, your information will be transferred to the bank in order to open your payroll account, likewise to other authorities such as AFORE, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT (SHCP) and if applies FONACOT. In addition, your personal information might be transferred and treated by other entities than CallOccasion inside and outside of the country, due to the fact that it will be shared with our client whose campaign you have been assigned to.

Nevertheless, as indicated above we inform you that all the sensitive information provided and obtained as a result of the psychometric tests that were applied to you, and when applicable, all the medical leaves provided to justify absences, won’t be subject to be exchanged or transferred to third parties, with the exception of any legal liability or action, if exist.

CallOccasion S.A. de C.V. commits to not transfer personal information without express consent to third parties that are not indicated in the above paragraphs, unless the exceptions included in the article 37 of the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Particulares [Federal Law on the protection of personal data held by private individuals].

In case we don’t receive an expressed opposition for your personal data to not be transferred in the stablished legal forms and terms described above, we will assume that you have provided your consent to do so.

We reserve the right to modify or update the current privacy policy in order to attend legislative developments, internal policies or new requirements that might be needed to offer or provide our products and services. The modifications will be available to the public in posters or publications in the human resources area as well as in the operation or it can be found at the CallOccasion’s website: www.calloccasion.com on the privacy policy link.
